Service Level Document definition

Service Level Document means the procedures established between Bank and the Securities Lending Agent in connection with Loans of each Lender’s securities.
Service Level Document means the document containing a detailed description of the Services to be agreed upon by the parties, as further described in Clause 2.1(h)

  • If a party to this Agreement is unable to meet the provisions of a Service Level Document, or in the event that a dispute arises relating to performance goals set forth in a Service Level Document, any party to this Agreement shall first address any concerns it may have by requiring a consultation with the other party.

  • It is the intention of the parties that the first course of action for the initial failure to perform in accordance with the provisions of a Service Level Document, or any dispute relating to performance goals set forth in a Service Level Document, will be a meeting of the parties to resolve the failure pursuant to the consultation procedure described below and in accordance with the escalation process set forth in the Service Level Document.

  • The purpose of the consultation procedure is to endeavor to resolve a failure to meet the provisions of a Service Level Document.

  • It is the intention of the parties that the sole remedy for failure to perform in accordance with the provisions of a Service Level Document, or any dispute relating to performance goals set forth in a Service Level Document, will be a meeting of the parties to resolve the failure pursuant to the consultation procedure described in Sections 3A.1 and 3A.2 below.


More Definitions of Service Level Document

Service Level Document means the legally binding document setting out in general terms operational arrangements in relation to the Depositary Services to be provided by BNYM.

Related to Service Level Document

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Document means a claim form, application notice, order, judgment or other document relating to any Proceedings;

  • Transmission Service Agreement or “TSA” shall mean the agreement entered into between Long Term Transmission Customer(s) and the TSP pursuant to which TSP shall build, own, operate and maintain the Project and make available the assets of the Project to Long Term Transmission Customer(s) on a commercial basis;

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Service User means your customer, (i.e., the purchaser of the Offering).

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.
