It is the intention of the parties hereto that the sole remedy for failure to perform in accordance with the provisions of a Service Level Document, or any dispute relating to performance goals set forth in a Service Level Document, will be a meeting of the parties hereto to resolve the failure pursuant to the consultation procedure described below.
The purpose of the consultation procedure is to endeavor to resolve repeated related failures to meet the provisions of a Service Level Document.
