Service Level Guarantees definition

Service Level Guarantees means a guarantee or guarantees identified as a “Service Level Guarantee” or “Service Level Guarantees” in the applicable Product Terms and Conditions.
Service Level Guarantees means those Service Support Levels set out in the Agreement.
Service Level Guarantees or “SLGs” means the criteria, remedies and procedures relevant to timeframes and other standards for the supply of a Service, as set out in the relevant Schedule;

Examples of Service Level Guarantees in a sentence

  • In the event that IMDA approves the aforementioned revision of the Service Level Guarantees and corresponding rebates, NLT shall notify the RL of the revisions in writing and the revisions shall take effect two (2) months from the date of such notification, subject to any direction by XXXX.

  • This Service Level Guarantees and credits are subject to Force Majeure Clause hereof, as well as availability of Software and access capability at the time of outage.

  • NLT will review the Service Level Guarantees periodically and may revise the Service Level Guarantees, the corresponding rebates set out in paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of this Annex 1, and the rules described Annex 5, at its discretion following such review, subject to IMDA’s approval.

  • If duplicate claims for the same failure to meet the Service Level Guarantees are made under paragraph 3.4 and NLT subsequently issues credit notes for the amount of the rebates claimed, NLT shall notify the RL accordingly within thirty (30) Calendar Days on which the most recent credit note was issued, and shall be entitled to recover from the RL an amount that is equivalent to the duplicate rebates credited to the RL.

  • Notwithstanding the above, in determining whether the Service Level Guarantees have been met by NLT, the time taken by NLT to obtain or maintain any licence or permission necessary to the restoration of the Connection shall always be excluded.

Related to Service Level Guarantees

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Performance and Guarantee Tests , shall mean all operational checks and tests required to determine and demonstrate capacity, efficiency, and operating characteristics as specified in the Contract Documents.

  • Service Guarantee means any payment or other benefit that one party provides to the other party when it fails to meet a Service Standard for which a guarantee payment is provided should that Service Standard not be met;

  • Performance and Guarantee Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine and demonstrate capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics as specified in the Contract Documents.

  • Performance Guarantee means the security to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with Sub Clause 10.1 for the due performance of the Contract.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Guarantee Test(s means the test(s) specified in the Procuring Entity's Requirements to be carried out to ascertain whether the Facilities or a specified part thereof is able to attain the Functional Guarantees specified in the Appendix to the Contract Agreement titled Functional Guarantees, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Sub-Clause25.2 (Guarantee Test) hereof.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Customer Service Agreement shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. “ Customer User” means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Transmission Service Agreement or “TSA” shall mean the agreement entered into between Long Term Transmission Customer(s) and the TSP pursuant to which TSP shall build, own, operate and maintain the Project and make available the assets of the Project to Long Term Transmission Customer(s) on a commercial basis;

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.
