Service Level Specifications definition

Service Level Specifications has the meaning given to it in Schedule Part 1 of each relevant Project Agreement;
Service Level Specifications means the service level expectations as mentioned in Schedules to the Concession Agreement and any other statutory rules/ acts/ guidelines by concerned authorities.
Service Level Specifications means the service levels set out in Schedule 1.2 (Service Level Specifications and Performance Monitoring) and any service levels for Additional Services or Future Services agreed in accordance with subclause 8.3;

The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
