Service Level Terms and Conditions or “SLAs” means the measurements and service levels set forth in Exhibit A, designed to provide an objective measurement of Lucinda’s performance of the Service.

Examples of Service Level Terms and Conditions in a sentence

  • Upon TECHSHARE’s certification of the Licensed Software or Subscriber’s use, whichever occurs first, TECHSHARE shall provide Subscriber with the maintenance and support services for the Licensed Software as set forth in Service Level Terms and Conditions.

  • TECHSHARE may modify the Service Level Terms and Conditions, but shall provide notice to Subscriber of any modification at least 90 days prior to the effective date of the modification.

  • However, the Customer shall first exhaust True Technologies’s internal escalation route for dispute resolution and fault reporting in accordance with True Technologies’s Service Level Terms and Conditions before escalating any such matter to the Authority or other regulatory body having jurisdiction.

  • The following Service Level Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the signed Service Agreement between you (“You” or “Customer”) and Hypercore Networks, Inc.

  • TECHSHARE may modify the Service Level Terms and Conditions but shall provide notice to Subscriber of any modification at least 90 days prior to the effective date of the modification.

  • By signing the one page contract referencing these terms, you agree to be bound by the Service Level Terms and Conditions set forth in this document.

  • The Service Level Terms and Conditions sets out commercially reasonable measures to ensure that the security of the Application meets the functionalities and the required state of the art as set out in section “Application”.

  • Subject to payment of all applicable License Fees, the Company shall maintain and support the access, use and operation of the Licensed Services in accordance with the Support and Service Level Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Schedule A.

  • EXHIBIT B: Service Level These Service Level Terms and Conditions are made a part of and incorporated into the terms of the Master Services Agreement to which this Exhibit B is attached.

  • Ascent agrees to provide the services described in the Service Level Terms and Conditions, attached as Exhibit B and incorporated into this Agreement.

Related to Service Level Terms and Conditions

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any attachment hereto entitled, in whole or in part, “Special Terms and Conditions.”

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions of these Securities as set out in the General Conditions (Part A), the Product and Underlying Data (Part B) and the Special Conditions (Part C).

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • General Terms means these terms and conditions.

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits, and the employer's personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees.

  • Product Conditions means these product terms and conditions. These Product Conditions apply to each series of cash settled Warrants over single equities;

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • Additional Terms means any additional terms agreed in writing amending, varying or agreeing additions to these Terms;
