Service Order Term definition

Service Order Term means the term for the Subscriptions specified in the relevant Service Order as the term may be renewed.
Service Order Term means, for each Service Order, the term length set forth in such Service Order.
Service Order Term shall have the meaning and duration as set forth in the associated SO.

  • During the Service Order Term, Contractor shall maintain the service level requirements over one(1-)-month periods (the “Service Level”) : System Maintenance.

More Definitions of Service Order Term

Service Order Term means the minimum period of time for which CUSTOMER commits to purchase the Service specified in the Order Form. If no Service Order Term is notated, then the Service Order Term will default to twelve (12) months.
Service Order Term means the term of a Service Order, which begins on the commencement date stated in that Service Order and continues for the term stated in that Service Order, until its expiration or termination.

Related to Service Order Term

  • Order Term means the period of time starting on the Services Start Date for the Services and continuing for the period indicated on the Order Form unless terminated in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Out-of-service order means a temporary prohibition against driving a commercial motor vehicle.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Contract Schedule For any Series, the list attached to the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement identifying each Contract assigned thereunder (which may be presented together with any related Mortgage Loan Schedule in a single Asset Schedule), which list shall (a) identify each Contract and (b) set forth (or describe the method of determining) as to each such Contract (1) the Cut-off Date Principal Balance thereof, (2) the amount of each Monthly Payment due from the Obligor thereunder, (3) the Contract Rate thereof, (4) the original term to maturity thereof, (5) the date of origination thereof, (6) the original Contract Loan-to-Value Ratio thereof, (7) the state in which the related Manufactured Home is located, (8) whether the related Manufactured Home is a used, repossessed, new or transferred home, (9) whether the Contract is a Land Secured Contract and (10) any other information specified in the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
