Service Upgrade definition

Service Upgrade means upgrade of a Service to a higher circuit speed within the maximum access circuit speed.
Service Upgrade means the faster service to be made available by seethelight to Users as described in Part 2 of Annex A.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.   • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Switched Access Service means the offering of transmission and switching services to Interexchange Carriers for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll service. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 8XX access, and 900 access and their successors or similar Switched Access Services.

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Service dog means a dog that has been individually trained by an organization or person specializing in service dog training to perform a task to assist a person with a disability with a need related to their disability.
