Servicer Fees definition

Servicer Fees means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Payment Date in arrears in respect of each Collection Period, which fee shall be equal to the product of (i) 0.25%, (ii) the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Loans included in the Collateral Portfolio and (iii) the actual number of days in such Collection Period divided by 360; provided that the Servicer may waive the payment of the Servicer Fee in its sole discretion.
Servicer Fees means the capped fees of the Servicer set out in the Servicing Agreement or, if a Successor Servicer is performing the Services, the fee negotiated at the time of such appointment and payable to the Servicer or Successor Servicer, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of the Servicing Agreement and the Trust Agreement.
Servicer Fees means the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Supplemental Servicing Fee.

More Definitions of Servicer Fees

Servicer Fees means in respect of any Remittance Period, the fees and out of pocket expenses, or the allocable monthly portion thereof relating to such Remittance Period if such fees and expenses are payable less frequently than monthly, payable to the Servicer in respect of its provision of services to the Borrower under the Servicing Agreement (provided, that if the applicable Servicing Agreement so provides, such Servicer Fees may be netted from Collections remittable by the Servicer to the Borrower in accordance with the terms thereunder).
Servicer Fees means annual amount equal to two percent (2%) of the average outstanding principal amount of the Loan, payable in arrears at the end of each Fiscal Quarter (0.5% per Fiscal Quarter, pro rated for partial quarters) to the extent no Event of Default has occurred.
