Servicing agency definition

Servicing agency means the agency that will conduct an assisted acquisition on behalf of the requesting agency.
Servicing agency means the Federal agency which is providing the supplies or performing the services, directly or indirectly, and will be receiving the funds to provide for the costs of per- formance.
Servicing agency shall have the specific meaning set forth in the Servicing Agency Agreement for Tax-Sheltered Annuities (Form L-31, Agency Agreement).
