Settlement Claims definition

Settlement Claims means, with respect to Transactions that provide for a Physical Delivery, (i) all payment and delivery claims arising from Transactions under Chapter II from, and including, the time of the exercise or assignment (Zuteilung) of the relevant Transaction and (ii) all payment and delivery claims arising from Transactions under Chapters IV and V. Settlement Claims will be divided into one or more clusters (each a “Set-Off Cluster”). At any time, a Set-Off Cluster shall be composed of Settlement Claims only in accordance with the following pre-requisites:
Settlement Claims means a claim for settlement benefits made under the terms of this Settlement Agreement.

Settlement Claims means the timely submission of a fully and properly completed Claim Form(s) or Arbitration Form(s) to the Settlement Administrator, including all required support.
