The Judgment will dismiss with prejudice, release, and forever discharge both the Settlement Class Claims against the Settling Defendants and the Released Parties and the Defendant Claims against the Plaintiffs, Lead Counsel and other Plaintiffs’ counsel, and any Settlement Class Members.
Every two weeks during the claims process, the Settlement Administrator will provide to Class Counsel and counsel for Defendants a list identifying all Settlement Class Claims and its Initial Determinations (“Initial Determinations List”) from the previous two weeks.

If you do not want a payment from the Settlement, but you want to keep the right to sue or continue to sue the Settling Defendant on your own for the Settlement Class Claims, then you must take steps to get out of the Settlement Class.
