Settlement Class Member Benefit definition

Settlement Class Member Benefit means a cash payment or credit monitoring that a Settlement Class Member may claim under the Settlement.
Settlement Class Member Benefit means the Cash Payment and, if applicable, the California Statutory Award, and/or Credit Monitoring, elected by Settlement Class Members.
Settlement Class Member Benefit. All Settlement Class Members will be entitled to submit a claim to receive a Payment Voucher for use toward installation of a LPS at a pre-negotiated, reduced price in their Property or for Bonding and Grounding of the systems in their Property.
