Settlement Fund Distribution Order definition

Settlement Fund Distribution Order means the order by the Court approving the Settlement Administrator’s administrative determinations concerning the acceptance and rejection of the Proofs of Claim submitted herein; approving of any fees and expenses not previously applied for, including the fees and expenses of the Settlement Administrator; and directing distribution of the Net Settlement Fund to the Authorized Claimants.
