Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.
Settlement Asset means any cash, receivable or other property, including a Settlement Receivable, due or conveyed to a Person in consideration for a Settlement made or arranged, or to be made or arranged, by such Person or an Affiliate of such Person.
Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Settlement Amount means, with respect to a party and any Early Termination Date, the sum of: --
Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.
Settlement Funds means Standard Settlement Funds and Maximizing Settlement Funds.
Settlement Administrator means the administrator proposed by the Parties and appointed by the Court to administer the Settlement.
Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.
Settlement Website means the website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator which will contain, among other things, the Notice and Claim Forms, and documents related to the settlement.
Settlement Period has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(d)(i) hereof.
Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.
Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.
Settlement Report a report summarizing Revolver Loans and participations in LC Obligations outstanding as of a given settlement date, allocated to Lenders on a Pro Rata basis in accordance with their Revolver Commitments.
Daily Settlement Amount for each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the Observation Period, shall consist of:
Post-Closing Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c).
Settlement Interval has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Post-Closing Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b)(ii).
Individual Settlement Payment means the amount payable from the Net
Structured settlement annuity means an annuity purchased in order to fund periodic payments for a plaintiff or other claimant in payment for or with respect to personal injury suffered by the plaintiff or other claimant.
Settlement Classes means all Persons included in the Electrolytic Settlement Classes and the Film Settlement Classes.
Settlement Value means the amount which the holder of a Contract may receive for a Contract held until Expiration. The Settlement Value of a Binary Contract is $100. The Settlement Value of a Variable Payout Contract is determined as described in the definitions of Long and Short Variable Payout Contracts.
Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework adopted by the Recipient on January 20, 2011, setting forth, inter alia, a brief description of the Project and components for which land acquisition and Resettlement are required, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the process for preparing and approving site-specific Resettlement Action Plans.
Settlement Hearing means the hearing set by the Court under Rule 23(e)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to consider final approval of the Settlement.
Settlement Price Date means the Valuation Date. "Valuation Date" means the Redemption Valuation Date.
settlement system means any infrastructure whether or not connected to the auction platform that can provide settlement services, which may include clearing, netting, management of collateral, or any other services, which ultimately enable the delivery of allowances on behalf of an auctioneer to a successful bidder or its successor in title, and the payment of the sum due by a successful bidder or its successor in title to an auctioneer, carried out through either of the following:
