Settlement Valuation Period. A number of Calculation Dates required for Dealer to unwind a commercially reasonable Hedge Position, beginning on the Calculation Date immediately following the earlier of (i) the Scheduled Termination Date or (ii) the Calculation Date immediately following the Termination Date. Dealer shall notify Counterparty of the last Calculation Date of the Settlement Valuation Period on or prior to the Exchange Business Day immediately following such last Calculation Date. Cash Settlement: If Cash Settlement is applicable, then Buyer shall pay to Seller the absolute value of the Forward Cash Settlement Amount on the Cash Settlement Payment Date. Settlement Valuation Period. A period consisting of a number of consecutive Scheduled Trading Days (each, a “Settlement Averaging Day”) determined by the Calculation Agent in a commercially reasonable manner and notified to the parties on the first day thereof, beginning on the first Scheduled Trading Day following the later of (x) the Settlement Method Election Date and (y) the relevant Valuation Date.   • Settlement Value means the amount which the holder of a Contract may receive for a Contract held until Expiration. The Settlement Value of a Binary Contract is $100. The Settlement Value of a Variable Payout Contract is determined as described in the definitions of Long and Short Variable Payout Contracts.
