SGRP Company definition

SGRP Company means SPAR Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("SGRP"), or any direct or indirect subsidiary of SGRP. The subsidiaries of SGRP at the referenced date are listed in Exhibit 21.1 to SGRP's most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (a copy of which can be viewed at the Corporation's website (xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx) under the tab/sub-tab of Investor Relations/SEC Filings).
SGRP Company means SGRP, any Parent of SGRP, or any direct or indirect Subsidiary of SGRP. SGRP Companies mean only SGRP and its subsidiaries and are not intended (and shall not be deemed or construed) to ever include any Approved Affiliate Company irrespective of their adoption of or inclusion or deemed inclusion in various definitions and provisions from time to time in this Ethics Code.
