  • For purchases of SGS Bonds using CPF or SRS monies, iFAST will proceed to execute the Order by placing the same with the primary dealer and, upon receipt of the price quote from the primary dealer, iFAST will calculate the Investment Amount and request for payment of the Investment Amount, together with the Processing Fees, from the relevant account with the CPF Agent Bank, CPF Board or SRS Operator (as the case may be).

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.
