Any charges applicable to a Shared Employee shall be deducted by PEO from the Shared Employee’s wages in accordance with applicable law.
Client will be solely responsible to third parties (including Shared Employees) for all claims, liabilities and expenses relating to any act or omission of a Shared Employee, whether intended or unintended, including without limitation any act of dishonesty or negligence and a Shared Employee’s operation of a motorized vehicle.
