Shared Employee definition

Shared Employee means any Employee who is an Employee of a Fund Affiliate and is also an Employee of another ING Funds' sub-adviser, by virtue of a Shared Employee arrangement or other writing and is subject to a 17j-1 Code approved by the Board of the relevant Funds.
Shared Employee means an individual intended to be assigned to a client employer on a permanent basis, not as a temporary supplement to the client employer's workforce, who is coemployed by a professional employer organization and a client employer pursuant to a professional employer organization agreement.

Examples of Shared Employee in a sentence

  • Any charges applicable to a Shared Employee shall be deducted by PEO from the Shared Employee’s wages in accordance with applicable law.

  • Client will be solely responsible to third parties (including Shared Employees) for all claims, liabilities and expenses relating to any act or omission of a Shared Employee, whether intended or unintended, including without limitation any act of dishonesty or negligence and a Shared Employee’s operation of a motorized vehicle.
