Shared Service means any service, other than a Utility Service or a For Profit Affiliate Service, provided on a Cost Recovery Basis by a Utility to an Affiliate or by an Affiliate to a Utility.
Shared Contract shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a).
Shared Services means the centralized, shared or pooled services, undertakings and arrangements which are provided by the Service Company or any of its Subsidiaries to or for the benefit of the Ultimate Parent and its Subsidiaries pursuant to the Shared Services Agreement, including, without limitation, the acquisition and ownership of assets by the Service Company or any of its Subsidiaries used in the provision of the foregoing and centralized payroll, benefits and account payable operations.

Feature Group D (FGD) means the access available to all customers, providing trunk side access to a Party’s End Office Switches with an associated uniform 101XXXX access code for customer’s use in originating and terminating communications.
Shared vehicle driver means an individual who has been authorized to drive
Cost allocation plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.
SpinCo Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
SpinCo Separate Return means any Tax Return of or including any member of the SpinCo Group (including any consolidated, combined, or unitary return) that does not include any member of the Parent Group.

Functionally Dependent Facility means a facility which cannot be used for its intended purpose unless it is located in close proximity to water, limited to a docking or port facility necessary for the loading and unloading of cargo or passengers, shipbuilding, or ship repair. The term does not include long-term storage, manufacture, sales, or service facilities.
Shared Contracts means agreements, arrangements, commitments or understandings, whether or not in writing, between one or more members of the Publishing Group and / or one or more members of the Distributing Group, on the one hand, and any Third Parties, on the other hand, that are used in the conduct of, or directly benefit or burden, either (i) both the Distributing Business and the Publishing Business or (ii) the Business of a Group not party thereto.
Individualized Education Program (IEP) means a written statement for a child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with Sections 300.320 through 300.324 of 34 CFR.
Dependent student means one who is listed as a dependent on the federal or state income tax return
Treatment program means an abstinence based program or facility that is accredited by any of the following:
Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.
Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.
Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Distribution Reinvestment Plan means the distribution reinvestment plan of the Company approved by the Board and as set forth in the Prospectus.
