Singapore Shares means, with respect to the Singapore Transferred Company, the shares of capital stock or other equity interests of the Singapore Transferred Company set forth on Schedule 2.2 of the Disclosure Letter.

Related to Singapore Shares

  • A Ordinary Shares means the A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company;
