Seventh Supplement definition

Seventh Supplement means this Seventh Supplement to Master Trust Indenture dated as of October 1, 2016, among the Corporation, the Foundation and the Master Trustee.

Seventh Supplement means this Seventh Supplemental Indenture of Trust, dated as of April 1, 2006, between the Issuer and the Trustee, as amended or supplemented in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Indenture.

Seventh Supplement means this Seventh Supplemental Resolution, adopted by the District’s Board on , 2015, and any amendments, modifications or supplements hereto.

• This Seventh Supplement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all of such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument.

More Definitions of Seventh Supplement

Seventh Supplement means the Seventh Supplemental Indenture of Trust, to be dated the date of issuance of the 2019 Bonds, by and between the Corporation and the Trustee pursuant to which the 2019 Bonds are authorized to be issued.

Seventh Supplement means resolution No. 11-2015 adopted by the District’s Board on June 17, 2015, and any amendments, modifications or supplements thereto.

Seventh Supplement means this Seventh Supplemental Trust Agreement, dated as of [Dated Date], by and between the Authority and the Trustee, providing for the issuance of the Series 2015 Bonds.

Seventh Supplement means this resolution authorizing the Bonds.
