Small Cell Equipment means a Small Cell Facility and all Accessory Equipment.

Small Cell Equipment means compact communications antennas, transmitters, wires, fiber optic cables and other wireless communications equipment (in addition to control boxes, cables and conduit power sources) utilizing small cell technology in compliance with applicable FCC requirements that is used to provide wireless communications, and is specifically identified and described in Exhibit 1 attached to each approved Site Supplement (as defined below).

Small Cell Equipment. Means wireless facilities and transmission media, including femtocells, picocells, and/or Outside Distributed Antenna Systems (ODAS) attached, mounted, or installed on an Existing Pole or Wireless Pole in the public Rights-of-Way and used to provide personal communications services.

Examples of Small Cell Equipment in a sentence

  • Small Cell Equipment shall not interfere with the primary purpose of a Wireless Support Structure.

  • If Small Cell Equipment is projecting toward the street then the Small Cell Equipment shall be installed no less than sixteen (16) feet above ground level.

  • All Wireless Support Structure-mounted Small Cell Equipment other than the antenna(s) and electric meter must be concealed within an equipment cabinet.

  • Unless technologically infeasible, all Small Cell Equipment, except for antennas and radios, shall be encapsulated within the Wireless Support Structure.

  • Ground-mounted Small Cell Equipment shall be placed as far as practicable from pedestrian sidewalks and shall neither block nor be placed within the sidewalk in any way.

  • All ground-mounted Small Cell Equipment shall be installed in a manner that minimizes the visual and ingress/egress impact to the general public.

  • Small Cell Facilities shall be considered substantially similar when the Small Cell Equipment is identical in type, size, appearance and function.

Small Cell Equipment means Franchisee communication systems or facilities attached, mounted, on installed on a proprietary or leased pole located in the Public Ways of the City used to provide telecommunications services. This definition shall include new types of small cell equipment that may evolve or be adopted using wireless technologies.

Small Cell Equipment or “Small Cell Facilities” means Wireless Telecommunications Facilities attached, mounted, or installed on a proprietary or leased pole, excluding monopole towers, that is located in Right-of-Way and used to provide “personal wireless service” as defined in Title 47, United States Code, Section 332(c)(7)(C), including all future amendments and is substantially similar in aesthetics and proportion to those pictured in Exhibit A.

Related to Small Cell Equipment

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.
