SMART fund definition

SMART fund means an investment fund established by the Commission as a Specific Mandate Alternative Regulatory Test Fund that satisfies certain prescribed parameters and requirements of a category, class or type of investment fund previously approved by the Commission;
SMART fund means the School Modernization and Reconstruction Trust Fund established by Section 35BB of Chapter 10 of the Massachusetts General Laws or any other fund or account of the Commonwealth created in replacement thereof.

  • Settlement Funds means moneys allocated to this state from the environmental mitigation trust specified in par. (d) and received by the state from the trustee.

  • Trust Fund The trust fund established by the Trust Agreement, the assets of which consist of the Mortgage Loans and any other assets as set forth therein. Trustee: U.S. Bank National Association, or any successor in interest, or if any successor trustee or co-trustee shall be appointed as provided in the Trust Agreement, then such successor trustee or such co-trustee, as the case may be.

  • Current Funds means wire transfers, certified funds or cashier's checks in a form acceptable to the Title Company which would permit the Title Company to immediately disburse such funds.
