SNDAs definition

SNDAs shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.9.
SNDAs means each of the Aberdeen Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement and the Huron Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement.
SNDAs means Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements with tenants of the Property on a form previously approved by Senior Lender with such changes as are reasonably acceptable to Senior Lender.

SNDAs means supplemental new drug applications S-076 through S-095 and the supplemental application for CBE-30 filed with the FDA.
