Software Agreements definition

Software Agreements shall be the collective reference to the Software Development and License Agreement, the Technology Escrow Deposit Agreement, each Software Maintenance Agreement and each other software license agreement entered into by the Borrower in order to perform any Project Activity.

Software Agreements means collectively the Software License Agreement and Software Assurance Agreements for the Product licensed. Software Assurance Agreements means the contracts providing for the technical support and maintenance of the Product. Software License Agreement means the license agreement between TimeXtender and each Customer by which TimeXtender grants Customer limited rights to use the Product(s). TimeXtender’s current Software License Agreement is attached hereto and may be modified by TimeXtender from time to time, in which case the operative Software License Agreement shall become the operative Software License Agreement for purposes of this Agreement.

  • This MCCA, together with the applicable Schedules, Software Agreements and SOWs, form a legally binding contract between Customer and Dell.
