Software Maintenance and Support Services definition

Software Maintenance and Support Services means the Services specified in clause 4.2 of this Agreement.
Software Maintenance and Support Services means any and all necessary Services to maintain and support the Vendor Software and SaaS Solution for the Vendor Software or SaaS Solution, as applicable, to perform in accordance with the Documentation, Agreement and Attachments as well as in accordance with the MASLs.
Software Maintenance and Support Services means Program support provided under Evolve's policies in effect on the date Software Maintenance and Support Services is ordered, subject to the payment by Customer of the applicable fees for such support and the last sentence of this section 1.8. A copy of Evolve's current policy for Software Maintenance and Support Services is attached as EXHIBIT B. Evolve reserves the right to alter such policies from time to time using its reasonable discretion so long as such alteration, taken as a whole, is no less favorable to Customer.

  • The Contractor acknowledges that it is important to Canada to be able to continue to access Software Maintenance and Support Services for the Licensed Software after the Term of Contract.

  • Subject to this Agreement, following the implementation of an IronNet Offering, IronNet will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the IronNet Software Maintenance and Support Services purchased by Customer as set forth in an Ordering Document.

  • As long as all applicable fees are and have been timely paid by CLIENT for each Software Product listed on Schedule A, ONESOFT shall supply Software Maintenance and Support Services for the Software Product(s) pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms of this Contract, Contractor shall provide and the County shall make payment to Contractor for the System, including, but not necessarily limited to, all services for Installation, hardware, Licensed Software, Sublicensed Software, Maintenance and Support Services which are elected and purchased by County, and related materials and services (collectively, the “Purchased Items”) during the term of this Contract.

  • The Contractor accordingly offers to continue to provide Software Maintenance and Support Services at reasonable annual rates and on all of the other terms and conditions set out in this Contract, subject to execution by the parties of a formal contract(s) therefore.

  • Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, Customer shall be entitled to receive Hardware Maintenance and Software Maintenance and Support Services, the terms of which are set forth on Exhibit A.

  • For those Software Products that are to be managed on a Server operated by ONESOFT, the monthly Managed Application and any additional Software Maintenance and Support Services fees associated with each Software Product are also listed on Schedule A.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Software Maintenance and Support Services provided by Vendor to Purchaser are Services.

Software Maintenance and Support Services means maintenance and support services provided by HWG as part of the Cloud Services to STEPS Recipient pursuant to this Agreement as further defined below.

Related to Software Maintenance and Support Services

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Maintenance and Support means updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, etc. and technical support provided for the Products and Services that Supplier is required to provide directly to DXC or a DXC Customer.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Community support services means services authorized,

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks.   • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property;
