Software Prices definition

Software Prices means the current suggested retail prices for Software Licenses published by iGrafx as amended from time to time.
Software Prices means the amount payable by Distributor pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement and according to the pricing schedule set out in Schedule "A" , Schedule "B" and/or Schedule "C" for each copy of the Software which is distributed by Distributor.
Software Prices means the current suggested list prices for Software licenses published by COREL as amended from time to time.

Examples of Software Prices in a sentence

  • The Software Prices are set on the condition that the foregoing limitations are included in this Agreement.

  • Customer shall purchase from and pay to iGrafx the applicable Software Prices or to Reseller the applicable reseller price for any Software License or Maintenance License purchased by Customer from iGrafx or Reseller.

  • Traditionally, all land was allocated by chiefs throughout the Congo.

  • In the event that COREL raises: (i) the Software Prices for any Schedule "B" Software, all orders for such Schedule "B" Software placed prior to the effective date of the increase shall be invoiced to Distributor at the lower amount; or (ii) the Merchandise Prices for any Merchandise, all orders for such Merchandise placed prior to the effective date of the increase shall be invoiced to Distributor at the lower amount.

  • Other than as provided in Section 11.01 and 13.02, COREL's aggregate liability to Distributor whether for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise shall in respect of a single occurrence, or a series of occurrences, in no circumstances exceed the Software Prices, Merchandise and/or Technical Support Product Prices paid by Distributor to COREL over the twelve (12) month period preceding the claim by Distributor.

  • COREL shall be entitled to: (i) increase the Software Prices, Merchandise Prices and/or Technical Support Product Prices or discontinue any Software, Merchandise Prices and/or Technical Support Product Prices at any time upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Distributor; and (ii) decrease the Software Prices, Merchandise Prices and/or Technical Support Product Prices or add new Software, Merchandise and/or Technical Support Products at any time upon notice to Distributor.

  • COREL will grant a credit equal to the Merchandise Price and/or Schedule "B" Software Prices paid by Distributor for Merchandise and Schedule "B" Software returned in accordance with these Guidelines less any credits issued against the Merchandise and Schedule "B" Software under Section 7.03 of this Agreement ( the "Return Price").

  • During the term of this Agreement, COREL shall have the right to change the Software Prices for any of the Software.

  • Other than as provided in Section 10, COREL's -------------------- aggregate liability to ASP whether for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise shall, in respect of a single occurrence or a series of occurrences, in no circumstances exceed the Software Prices paid by ASP to COREL over the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the claim by ASP.

  • Licensee shall purchase from and pay to COREL the applicable Software Prices or to an Academic Reseller the applicable reseller price for any Software License purchased by Licensee from COREL or an Academic Reseller.


More Definitions of Software Prices

Software Prices means the amount payable by ASP pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement and according to the pricing schedule set out in schedule "B". (xii) "Territory" means worldwide subject to Section 5.04. (xiii) "User Profile" means a single registered Customer with access to the ASP System.
Software Prices means the current recommended retail prices for software licenses published by DRSM or the Reseller in the then current version.
Software Prices means the amount payable by ASP pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement and according to the pricing schedule set out in Schedule "B".
Software Prices means the amount payable by Distributor pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement and according to the pricing schedule set out in Schedule "B" for each copy of the Software which is reproduced for Distributor. (vi) "Distributor Products" means any one of the PIA and Element-L personal computers produced and marketed by Distributor during the term of this Agreement. (vii) "End User License" means COREL's End User License as modified by COREL from time to time. (viii) "Software" means the object code version of the Software listed in Schedule "B" hereto. (ix) "Territory" means worldwide subject to Section 5.03.

Related to Software Prices

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Software Products means any and all Software that is or has been distributed by the Division or Division Subsidiaries and their predecessors, and any similar products developed or under development by Seller relating to the Business as of the date of the Agreement, and all documentation, packaging materials, promotional materials, and training materials relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • Open Source Software means any Software that is subject to or licensed, provided or distributed under, any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative as of the date of this Agreement) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation as of the date of this Agreement) or any similar license for “free,” “publicly available” or “open source” Software, including the GNU General Public License, the Lesser GNU General Public License, the Apache License, the BSD License, Mozilla Public License (MPL), and the MIT License.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.
