Sole Invention definition

Sole Invention means any and all inventions, discoveries, or improvements, whether or not patentable, made or conceived solely by employee(s) or agent(s) of one Party (or its Affiliates) in the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products, or as a result of such Party’s (or is Affiliates) access to or knowledge of the other Party’s Confidential Information.
Sole Invention has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.
Sole Invention shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(b).

Examples of Sole Invention in a sentence

  • Any Sole Invention shall be the sole property of the inventing Participant.

Sole Invention means any Invention invented or discovered solely by or on behalf of a Party (or its Affiliate) and its employees, contractors and/or agents.
