Each Party shall notify the other Party promptly of each Sole Invention or Joint Invention made by such Party.
Each Party shall promptly disclose to the other Party in writing any Invention disclosures, or other similar documents, submitted to it by its employees, agents, or independent contractors describing each and every Invention that may be either a Sole Invention or a Joint Invention, and all Information relating to such Invention.
