Special Escrow Account definition

Special Escrow Account means the escrow account created pursuant to the Escrow Agreement in respect of the Special Escrow Deposit.
Special Escrow Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(b)(ii).
Special Escrow Account means the escrow account established by the Escrow Agent pursuant to the terms of the Escrow Agreement for purposes of holding the Special Escrow Amount.

Special Escrow Account means an escrow account established by the U.S. Borrower with the Administrative Agent and with respect to which a control agreement has been delivered by the applicable depositary bank in favor of the Collateral Agent; provided that the terms of such escrow account shall permit the proceeds therein to be applied only for the redemption or retirement of the New Senior Notes and shall otherwise be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Special Escrow Account. (collectively, the "Escrow Account"). The Placement Agent and any Selected Dealers will instruct its subscribers to make their checks for subscriptions payable to the order of "Gen-Net Special Escrow Account".
