Specialized Raw Materials definition

Specialized Raw Materials is defined in Section 5.3.1.
Specialized Raw Materials has the meaning given to it in Clause 3.10 below.
Specialized Raw Materials as used in this Agreement means the specialized raw materials and components which are used under this Agreement to manufacture the Product. The parties shall in good faith agree in writing which raw materials and components shall be deemed to be "Specialized Raw Materials" for the purposes of this Clause 3.10. In the event the cost and expense of any Specialized Raw Materials materially exceed LB's original pricing assumptions for such Specialized Raw Materials under this Agreement, then Customer shall pay to LB the difference between the assumed cost and expense for such Specialized Raw Materials and the actual cost and expense (not including any LB xxxx-up or administrative fees) for such Specialized Raw Materials.

Examples of Specialized Raw Materials in a sentence

  • Common Raw Materials and Specialized Raw Materials will be charged on a cost-plus basis to Client in accordance with Sections 9.1(ii) and 9.2.2, subject to any changes in the scope of work.

  • The Parties shall finalize the categorization of Raw Materials to be used in performing the Services of this PSA into Specialized Raw Materials, Common Raw Materials, and Raw Materials which may not be charged on a cost-plus basis to the Client pursuant to Section 5.3 of the MSA, and shall attach this list to this PSA as Exhibit B.

  • Immunex shall provide oversight and coordination of inventories of Specialized Raw Materials.


More Definitions of Specialized Raw Materials

Specialized Raw Materials means the specialized raw materials described
Specialized Raw Materials means the specialized raw materials described ------------------------- with particularity in the Tech Transfer Agreement and referred to in Section 3.6 hereof.

  • Specialized services means any program or service designed and operated to serve primarily individuals with developmental disabilities, including a program or service provided by an entity licensed or certified by the department. If there is a question as to whether a provider or entity under contract with a provider is providing specialized services, the provider or contract entity may request that the director of the department make a determination. The director's determination is final.
