Specialized Raw Materials as used in this Agreement means the specialized raw materials and components which are used under this Agreement to manufacture the Product. The parties shall in good faith agree in writing which raw materials and components shall be deemed to be "Specialized Raw Materials" for the purposes of this Clause 3.

Examples of Specialized Raw Materials in a sentence

  • Common Raw Materials and Specialized Raw Materials will be charged on a cost-plus basis to Client in accordance with Sections 9.1(ii) and 9.2.2, subject to any changes in the scope of work.

Related to Specialized Raw Materials

  • Specialized services means any program or service designed and operated to serve primarily individuals with developmental disabilities, including a program or service provided by an entity licensed or certified by the department. If there is a question as to whether a provider or entity under contract with a provider is providing specialized services, the provider or contract entity may request that the director of the department make a determination. The director's determination is final.

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
