Nominated Personnel. All AGENCY jail enforcement officer candidates shall have specific experience that should consist of having supervised inmates. Candidates must show that they have been trained on and concerned with maintaining the security of the facility. Candidates must have enforced rules and regulations governing the facility on inmate accountability and conduct. Candidates must also show an ability to meet and deal with people of differing backgrounds and behavioral patterns.

Nominated Personnel. (a) The Supplier must ensure that: (i) each of its Nominated Personnel is made available to perform their role/responsibilities as set out in Item 18 of the Order Form; and (ii) it immediately notifies the Customer's Representative if the Supplier becomes unable or unwilling to comply with this clause 11.1 or otherwise breaches this clause 11.1. (b) The Supplier must not remove or replace any of the Nominated Personnel unless the: (i) Customer requests that the Nominated Personnel are replaced pursuant to clause 11.3(e); or (ii) Nominated Personnel are no longer available to carry out the Supplier's Activities due to a substantial change in the relevant Nominated Personnel's personal circumstances (including compassionate leave, carers' leave or other extended leave, serious illness, injury, death, termination of employment by the Supplier or resignation).
Nominated Personnel. 18.1 The Contractor must ensure that the Nominated Personnel are competent with qualifications, expertise and experience appropriate to perform the tasks in the appropriate Service Category under this Customer Agreement. Nothing in this clause relieves the Contractor from its liabilities or obligations under this Customer Agreement to provide the Services in accordance with it. 18.2 If in the reasonable opinion of the Customer any Nominated Personnel engaged in the performance of Services under this Customer Agreement is: 18.2.1 guilty of misconduct;

Nominated Personnel. (1) BMT EA will ensure the Services are performed by the Nominated Personnel. (2) If at any time any of the Nominated Personnel are not available for any reason (whether within BMT EA’s control or not), BMT EA is entitled to replace the Nominated Personnel in question with another person who is, in the sole opinion of BMT EA, suitably qualified and experienced to carry out the relevant component of the Services.

Nominated Personnel. Key personnel required for the effective management of this arrangement are as follows: a) a) the Primary Contact is a point of contact for liaison with the Principal’s representatives;
Nominated Personnel. 6.3.1 The Legal Services Provider must ensure that its Nominated Personnel: (a) are admitted and authorised to practice as required by the rules of the relevant State or Territory professional society where the work is being conducted; (b) undertake the work as described in an Order; and (c) have the requisite skills, qualifications and experience for the tasks they are given. 6.3.2 If Nominated Personnel become unavailable to perform the work as required under an Order, the Legal Services Provider must notify the Agency immediately. 6.3.3 The Legal Services Provider must provide suitable replacement Nominated Personnel should an Agency, for security reasons, deny access to or request removal of any Nominated Personnel who will have access to an Agency’s premises or Agency Material. If the Agency requests the removal of any Nominated Personnel for reasons not related to security, the Legal Services Provider shall nominate replacement Personnel for approval by the Agency (which will not be unreasonably withheld); 6.3.4 The Legal Services Provider must, at the request of the Agency acting in its absolute discretion, remove Nominated Personnel from work in relation to the Ordered Services. 6.3.5 If clause 6.3.2, clause 6.3.3 or clause 6.3.4 applies, the Legal Services Provider will provide replacement Nominated Personnel acceptable to the Agency at no additional cost and at the earliest opportunity.
