Specified source means an electrical generation facility

• Such reporting does not relieve Seller from its responsibility of ensuring that the Specified Source and CARB ID are valid zero-emission resources or Asset Control System energy.

• Buyer may disclose, to any potential purchasers of the energy purchased and sold hereunder, (i) that it has entered into this Specified Source Transaction with Seller, but any such disclosure shall redact price terms to the extent permitted by applicable law or regulation and (ii) all Specified Source meter data or equivalent, or allocated generation information, provided to it by Seller.

• Product: WSPP Service Schedule C Firm Energy that is primarily produced by the Specified Source and/or Asset Control Supplier scheduled and delivered by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point (“Specified Source Energy” or “SSE” and/or “Asset Control Supplier Energy” or “ACS Energy”).

• Xxxxx agrees to pay the Contract Price for the Specified Source Amount delivered from Seller to Buyer.

• SSE or ACS Energy delivered to Buyer will equal the lesser of the hourly meter of the Specified Source or the hourly NERC E-Tag (“Specified Source Amount”).

More Definitions of Specified source

Specified source means a facility, unit, or asset controlling supplier that is permitted to be claimed as the source of electricity delivered. The reporting entity must have either full or partial ownership in the facility or a written power contract to procure electricity generated by that facility or unit or from an asset controlling supplier at the time of entry into the transaction to procure electricity.

Specified source means a specific electricity generating unit or electricity generating facility which can be matched to a reported electricity transaction due to full or partial ownership by the first jurisdictional deliverer or due to its identification in a power contract with the first jurisdictional deliverer.

Specified source means a Project that is a “specified source”, as such term is defined in the Mandatory Reporting Rule. “Unspecified Sources of Power” means electricity that is not traceable to a specific generation source (e.g., what is commonly known as “market” or “system” power) by any auditable contract.
