Specified source means an electrical generation facility

Seller has the right at any time to substitute the Specified Source with any Specified Source Energy from any other resources with a 0.0 emissions factor or with ACS Energy but will require written approval from Buyer prior to scheduling. Examples of Specified source in a sentence

  • Such reporting does not relieve Seller from its responsibility of ensuring that the Specified Source and CARB ID are valid zero-emission resources or Asset Control System energy.

  • Buyer may disclose, to any potential purchasers of the energy purchased and sold hereunder, (i) that it has entered into this Specified Source Transaction with Seller, but any such disclosure shall redact price terms to the extent permitted by applicable law or regulation and (ii) all Specified Source meter data or equivalent, or allocated generation information, provided to it by Seller.

Specified source means "specified source", as such term is defined in the Mandatory Repo1ting Rule.
Specified source means a Project that is a “specified source”, as such term is defined in the Mandatory Reporting Rule. “Unspecified Sources of Power” means electricity that is not traceable to a specific generation source (e.g., what is commonly known as “market” or “system” power) by any auditable contract.
