Specified Violation definition

Specified Violation means the failure to comply with the Ordering Paragraphs of Decision 20-04-008.
Specified Violation means the failure, absent an approved extension, to submit: (a) a Routine Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) Compliance Report at the time or in the manner required; (b) a Verified RPS Compliance Report at the time or in the manner required; and (c) a Draft RPS Procurement Plan (RPS Plan) at the time required; (d) a Final RPS Procurement Plan at the time or in the manner required; other supporting data required by Staff that is related to the implementation and administration of the RPS program.
Specified Violation means the failure to comply with the Ordering Paragraphs of this Decision and indicated in Table 1, below.

Examples of Specified Violation in a sentence

  • D.11-06-022 eliminated the penalty for small procurement deficiencies, and instead created a Specified Violation for any procurement deficiency remedied within five business days.

  • After appropriate informal investigation and verification, Staff and the Compliance Monitor will determine that a Specified Violation defined in this Resolution has occurred.

  • If a potential Specified Violation is identified, Energy Division staff will conduct an informal investigation to verify that a Specified Violation has occurred.

  • Specifically, D.11-06-022 eliminated the penalty for small procurement deficiencies and instead created a Specified Violation for any procurement deficiency remedied within five business days.

More Definitions of Specified Violation

Specified Violation means the failure, absent an approved extension, to submit: (a) a Routine Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) Compliance Report at the time or in the manner required; (b) a Verified RPS Compliance Report at the time or in the manner required; and (c) other supporting data required by Staff that is related to the implementation and administration of the RPS program.
Specified Violation means the failure, absent a formally approved extension, to submit a completed: (a) Standard LSE Plan at the time required; and (b) other supporting data clearly and reasonably requested by Commission Staff that Staff identifies as being reasonably related to a load-serving entity’s Integrated Resource Plan at the time required.
Specified Violation means the failure to comply with Construction Requirements4 for natural gas storage facilities; electric generating plants; electric transmission/ power/ distribution line facilities or substations. This includes failure to implement the mitigation measures in the project’s environmental document (e.g. Environmental Impact Report, Mitigated Negative Declaration), adopted as part of the final decision, or making unauthorized project changes (e.g. moving work areas without Commission approval).
Specified Violation means the failure, absent an approved extension: (a) to file a PSPS Report at the time or in the manner required by the PSPS Guidelines; (b) to include the required reporting information in a PSPS Report as required by the PSPS Guidelines; (c) to send a PSPS Notice or accumulation of PSPS
Specified Violation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(j).
Specified Violation means the failure, absent an approved extension, to submit: (a) any load data, load forecast or other Resource Adequacy compliance filing in the time and manner required; and (b) other supporting data required by Staff that is reasonably related to the implementation of the Commission’s Resource Adequacy program. Submitting an RA filing with a small procurement deficiency is also a Specified Violation.
Specified Violation means the knowing failure, absent an extension formally approved by the Commission’s Executive Director or Deputy Executive Director for Energy and Climate Policy, to submit a completed plan or template as specified in Section 1: (a) Standard LSE Plan, baseline resource data, new resource data, or other required LSE Integrated Resource Plan filings in the time and manner reasonably required.
