SpinCo Severance Plans definition

SpinCo Severance Plans means, collectively, the SpinCo Severance Pay Plan for Officers and the SpinCo Severance Pay Plan for Non-Officers.
SpinCo Severance Plans means the severance plans established or to be established for the benefit of SpinCo Employees that mirror the Parent Severance Plans.
SpinCo Severance Plans means the Plans established and maintained by Spinco pursuant to Section 3.1 and Article VII of this Agreement that correspond to the Heinz Severance Plans.

  • CIC Severance Plan means the Company’s Change in Control Severance Plan, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto.
