SpinCo Software definition

SpinCo Software means all Software owned by either Party or any member of such Party’s Group exclusively used or exclusively held for use in the SpinCo Business as of the Effective Time.

Examples of SpinCo Software in a sentence

  • Nothing set forth in the foregoing shall preclude Parent from retaining a copy of the SpinCo Software in the form of Software licensed under Article III.
