Split Date definition

Split Date means each Optional Redemption Date on which a Reduction Amount becomes subject to the operation of Condition 7(b)(v) (Class E Subordinated Note Split Redemption Procedure).
Split Date means, with respect to any Idearc Mirror Plan, any date on or prior to the Distribution Date as of which Verizon determines that the corresponding Verizon Plan shall be split into two or more parts for purposes of effecting the establishment of such Idearc Mirror Plans in accordance with this Agreement; provided that the Split Date for the VMPP shall be prior to the Distribution Date. Notwithstanding anything else contained herein to the contrary, except for the immediately preceding sentence, if no such Split Date shall occur prior to the Distribution Date with respect to any Idearc Mirror Plan, the Distribution Date shall be the Split Date for such Mirror Plan.
