Split Schedule definition

Split Schedule. A Split-Schedule is defined as a regular work schedule of four (4) non- consecutive nine and one-half (9.5) hour shifts within a seven-day (7) day workweek. The split schedule must include both a Monday and Friday workday.
Split Schedule. A workday schedule in which an Employee is assigned two different times to come to work in the same day, excluding incidents on the first relief (midnight shift) when an Employee is scheduled to report after midnight then completes that shift in the morning and is scheduled to report back at the beginning of the next first relief that same day. A split schedule is not when an Employee works a normal schedule and then agrees to staff an additional assignment. Additionally, the period of time between is not paid. For the avoidance of doubt, a “Split Schedule” should not be confused with a Split Shift.

Examples of Split Schedule in a sentence

  • An Employee may consent in writing to voluntarily working a Split Schedule.

  • Each of the Company and the Purchaser and its respective counsel shall be given reasonable opportunity to review and comment on each Reverse Split Schedule 13E-3 (including any amendments or supplements thereto) before it is filed with the SEC.

  • Each party shall take all steps necessary to amend or supplement its Reverse Split Schedule 13E-3 and to cause the Reverse Split Schedule 13E-3, as so amended or supplemented, to be filed with the SEC, in each case as and to the extent required by applicable law.

  • Each of the Company and the Purchaser shall provide the other and its respective counsel with copies of any written comments, and shall inform them of any oral comments, the Company, the Purchaser or its respective counsel receives from the SEC or its staff with respect to the Reverse Split Schedule 13E-3 promptly after the receipt of such comments and shall give the other a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on any proposed written or oral responses to such comments.

  • Each of the Company and the Purchaser agrees to use its reasonable best efforts promptly to respond to any comments of the SEC or its staff with respect to the Reverse Split Schedule 13E-3 and promptly to correct any information provided by it for use in such Reverse Split Schedule 13E-3 if and to the extent that such information shall become false or misleading in any material respect or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Related to Split Schedule

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Benefit Schedule means a schedule of benefits attached to these Terms and Benefits which sets out, among others, the benefit items and maximum benefits covered.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Amended Schedule is defined in Section 2.3(b) of this Agreement.
