An Employee may consent in writing to voluntarily working a Split Schedule.
Each of the Company and the Purchaser and its respective counsel shall be given reasonable opportunity to review and comment on each Reverse Split Schedule 13E-3 (including any amendments or supplements thereto) before it is filed with the SEC.
