Sport Facilities definition

Sport Facilities means land planned, designed and used for sport activities, whether indoors or outdoors.
Sport Facilities means the sport facilities owned by the Borrower as defined and described in article 1(a) of the Contract. "Taxes" includes all present and future taxes, levies, imposts, duties, fees or charges of whatever nature together with interest thereon and penalties in respect thereof and "Taxation" shall be construed accordingly.
