SPV Franchising Entities means, collectively, (a) Franchisor Holdco, 1-800-Radiator Franchisor, Meineke Franchisor, Maaco Franchisor, Econo Lube Franchisor, Drive N Style Franchisor, Merlin Franchisor, CARSTAR Franchisor, Take 5 Franchisor, ABRA Franchisor and FUSA Franchisor (the “U.S. SPV Franchising Entities”) and (b) Canadian CARSTAR, Canadian Maaco Franchisor, Canadian Meineke Franchisor, Canadian Take 5, Go!
