Stage 1 Site definition

Stage 1 Site means those areas where the Stage 1 Liquefaction Facility will be located as further described in the Stage 1 EPC Agreement and Attachment Y.

Examples of Stage 1 Site in a sentence

  • Contractor shall be responsible for maintenance and repair of the following: (i) the heavy haul road on the Stage 1 Site, and (ii) other roads (including culverts) and bridges within, or used to access, the Site or the Off-site Rights of Way and Easements.

  • All Equipment deliveries shall be made to the Stage 2 Site and not the Existing Facility Site or Stage 1 Site, even if such Equipment will be incorporated into the Existing Facility or Stage 1 Site, unless prior written approval for delivery to the Existing Facility is obtained from Owner.

  • All Equipment deliveries shall be made to the Stage 2 Site and not the Stage 1 Site, even if such Equipment will be incorporated into the Stage 1 Site, unless prior written approval for delivery to the Stage 1 Site is obtained from Owner if substantial completion of Subproject 2 has occurred..

  • Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, following substantial completion of Subproject 1 or substantial completion of Subproject 2 under the Stage 1 EPC Agreement, as applicable, Owner shall be responsible for maintenance and repair of those roads on the Stage 1 Site, including the heavy haul road on the Stage 1 Site; provided that, to the extent Contractor, its Subcontractor or Sub-subcontractors damage such roads, Contractor shall be responsible for the repair of such road.

  • All Equipment deliveries shall be made to the Stage 3 Site and not the Existing Facility Site, the Stage 1 Site, or Stage 2 Site, even if such Equipment will be incorporated into the Existing Facility, the Stage 1 Site, or Stage 2 Site, unless prior written approval for delivery to the Existing Facility is obtained from Owner.

  • Owner shall provide Contractor with reasonable notice of any request for access to the Stage 1 Site by (i) any of Owner’s other contractors or subcontractors seeking to perform work at the Site (except with respect to Contractor’s work performed under the Stage 2 EPC Agreement) or (ii) any Landowner.

  • Adequate fencing and security devices shall be provided and maintained to prevent unauthorized access to the Stage 1 Site and theft or damage.

  • Except as expressly set forth in Section 3.25, Contractor shall limit its operations to the Stage 1 Site.

  • The Contractor shall prepare and provide to Owner within ninety (90) Days following Notice to Proceed, its policies and plans for managing industrial relations at the Stage 1 Site, for review by Owner.

  • Contractor shall provide potable water and ice for the Stage 1 Site use, and ensure that a safe and plentiful supply of potable water and ice is available for all activities on the Stage 1 Site until Substantial Completion of Subproject 2.

Related to Stage 1 Site

  • Stage 1 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is the subject of this Agreement and of the ERMP and which is shown bordered in purple as “stage 1” on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1743;

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Phase III means Phase I (or Phase I/II), Phase II (or Phase II/III) and Phase III clinical trials, respectively, in each case as prescribed by applicable FDA IND Regulations, or any corresponding foreign statutes, rules or regulations.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Stage 2 means the construction of the second hotel and other developments facilities and amenities referred to in the Development Proposals;

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Phase 1 Trial means, with respect to a Licensed Product, a clinical trial (or — in case of a multi-phase clinical trial — those parts of a clinical trial) in line with the provisions of 21CFR312, Section 21 (a).

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Phase 2 Trial means a human clinical trial conducted on study subjects with the disease or condition being studied for the principal purpose of achieving a preliminary determination of efficacy or appropriate dosage ranges, as further described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b) (including any such clinical study in any country other than the United States).

  • Cannabis testing facility means an entity registered by

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).
