Standard Contractual Clause definition

Standard Contractual Clause means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries, outside the European Economic Area, which are based on the Commission Decision of February 5, 2010 under Directive 95/46/EC (notified under document number C(2010) 593)..
Standard Contractual Clause means the template transfer clauses adopted by the European Commission or adopted by a data protection authority and approved by the European Commission;

  • Such clauses shall be incorporated herein by this reference automatically and supersede prior Standard Contractual Clause versions as of the date they become effective as set by the EU Commission.

  • In addition, if Supplier is processing Personal Information out of the European Union on behalf of Lilly, Supplier agrees to execute the EU Standard Contractual Clause as amended from time to time.
