Standard Work Period definition

Standard Work Period. The standard work period consists of two (2) five-day work weeks for a total of ten (10) standard work days which total eighty (80) hours and includes four (4) days of rest, consisting of two (2) two-day rest periods during the payroll period described above.
Standard Work Period means the time period or fixed hours stipulated in the contract of employment and includes the required hours of work which comprises a work day, as well as the required work days;

  • Work period means the period specified in a Plan when an employee is at work.

  • Non-working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Framework Period means the period from the Framework Commencement Date until the expiry or earlier termination of this Framework Agreement;

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.

  • Covenant Testing Period means a period (a) commencing on the last day of the fiscal month of Parent most recently ended prior to a Covenant Trigger Event for which Borrowers are required to deliver to Agent monthly financial statements pursuant to Schedule 5.1 to this Agreement, and (b) continuing through and including the first day after such Covenant Trigger Event that Availability has equaled or exceeded the greater of (a) 15% of the Maximum Revolver Amount, and (b) $4,500,000 for 60 consecutive days.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;

  • Pay Out Commencement Date means the date on which a Trust Pay Out Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 9.01 of the Agreement or a Series 2001-D Pay Out Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 7 hereof.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.
