State Agreements definition

State Agreements means the Principal Agreement and the Supplemental Agreement.

State Agreements means the agreements and arrangements entered into between the Bank and the Minister and/or any other State agency or entity, including without limitation the 2009 Subscription Agreement, the 2010 Transaction Agreement, the 2011 Transaction and Underwriting Agreement and the Minister’s letter to the Court dated 8 July 2011 (and any amendments of those agreements or arrangements made in accordance with their terms). In this Relationship Framework, any reference to a statute, statutory instrument or statutory provision shall be construed to include any statute, statutory instrument or statutory provision which modifies, consolidates, re-enacts or supersedes it.APPENDIX II LEGAL BASIS OF THIS RELATIONSHIP FRAMEWORK

State Agreements means the agreements and arrangements entered into between the Bank and the Minister and/or any other State agency or entity, including without limitation the 2010 Placing Agreement, the 2011 Placing Agreement and the Minister’s letter to the Board dated 25 July 2011 (and any amendments of those agreements or arrangements made in accordance with their terms).

Examples of State Agreements in a sentence

• Other program elements, as defined in Appendix A of State Agreements procedure SA-200, “Compatibility Categories and Health and Safety Identification for NRC Regulations and Other Program Elements,” that have been designated as necessary for maintenance of an adequate and compatible program, should be adopted and implemented by an Agreement State within 6 months following NRC designation.

• The Department of Agriculture and Markets (“Department”) is required to implement the provisions of New York State Executive Law Article 15-A and Parts 140-145 of Title 5 of the New York Codes, Rules and Regulations (“NYCRR”) for all State Agreements, as defined therein, with a value (1) in excess of $25,000 for labor, services, equipment, materials, or any combination of the foregoing or (2) in excess of $100,000 for real property renovations and construction.

• Insert the following new definition: Industrial Award means an award, a registered or certified agreement or an order of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission or Australian Industrial Relations Commission and includes Preserved State Agreements and Notional Agreements Preserving State Awards, and any agreement including a workplace or enterprise agreement between anis lodged, registered or certified in accordance with any law applying in Western Australia.

State Agreements means (i) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Aguascalientes dated January 5, 2009; (ii) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Baja California Sur dated August 17, 2009; (iii) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Campeche dated May 11, 2009; (iv) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Chiapas dated February 23, 2009; (v) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Chihuahua dated July 13, 2009; (vi) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Coahuila dated February 27, 2009; (vii) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Colima dated February 10, 2009; (viii) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Durango dated August 26, 2009; (ix) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Mexico dated June 30, 20009; (x) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Guanajuato dated May 6, 2009; (xi) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Xxxxxxxx dated May 6, 2009; (xii) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Xxxxxxx dated September 2, 2009; (xiii) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Jalisco dated May 6, 2009; (xiv) the agreement entered into between, among other parties, the Borrower, through SEP, and the State of Michoacán dated September 1, 2009;

State Agreements means the Principal Agreement and the Supplemental Agreement.Interpretation

State Agreements means the agreements between the Bank, Benue, Xxxxxxx, Ondo and other Eligible States of Nigeria as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the State Agreements;

State Agreements means the contracts and agreements specified in Part B of schedule 2.

State Agreements means the agreements and arrangements entered into between the Bank and the Minister and/or any other State agency or entity, including without limitation the subscription agreement dated 29 June 2009, the promissory notes issued by the Minister on 22 December 2010 to the Bank and INBS respectively, the deed of covenant dated 22 December 2010 between the Minister and the Bank, and the Minister’s deed of guarantee dated 29 November 2010 in relation to the Bank (and any amendments of those agreements or arrangements made in accordance with their terms).
