State Entities definition

State Entities means the Minister or his nominee, the National Pension Reserve Fund Commission, the National Treasury Management Agency, National Asset Management Agency, or any other entity or agency of or related to the Government of Ireland and “State Entity” shall be construed accordingly;
State Entities means the State of Western Australia and any entity, department, agency or instrumentality of the State of Western Australia (including Main Roads and the Public Transport Authority), and any Minister (including the Minister for Transport and Minister for Works), whether State's Personnel means the officers, employees, agents, consultants and contractors (other than the Non-Owner Participant), engaged by any of the State Entities in respect of the Project or the new Perth Stadium Project.
State Entities means the State of Western Australia, including any department and any entity, agency or instrumentality of the State of Western Australia and any Minister (including the Minister for Works), whether body corporate or otherwise and their respective officers, employees, agents, contractors and consultants (but does not include the Operator, Project Co, any Operator Associate, any Event Party, any Project Co Associate or the Head Lessee (as that term is defined under the Project Agreement)), and the termState Entity’ means any one of them. State FF&E means Group 3 FF&E and Group 4 FF&E. State Operational Commissioning Plan means the plan of that name to be prepared by the Operator, which sets out the State Operational Commissioning Services, including the Operator's methodology for that operational commissioning. State Operational Commissioning Services means the operational commissioning to be conducted during the State Access Period described in Clause 11, Section B.6 of Schedule 7 (Pre- Operational Services Specifications) and in the State Operational Commissioning Plan.

State Entities means (i) all agencies and departments over which the Governor has executive authority and as defined in subdivi- sion 3, section 2-a of the State Finance Law; and (ii) all public benefit corporations, public authorities, boards, and commissions for which the Governor appoints the Chair, the Chief Executive, or at least 50% of the Board Members.

Each of the foregoing State Entities shall be individually referred to herein as a “State Entity.” shall mean specific Property, including but not limited to property of a State Fund Administrative Entity, which is segregated from other Property based on ownership or statutory use. shall mean the following administrative entities responsible for a State Fund: the Iowa Public EmployeesRetirement System (“IPERS”) as authorized under Iowa Code chapter 97B; the Public Safety Peace Officers’ Retirement, Accident and Disability System (“PORS”) as authorized under Iowa Code chapter 97A; and the Judicial Retirement System (“Judicial”) as authorized under Iowa Code section 602.9101.

If a State Entity discovers information that indicates a contractor, vendor, or grantee may not be responsible, may no longer be responsible during the term of the contract, or be subject to debarment for violation of a statutory provision or provisions, the State Entity is directed, as applicable, (i) to conduct an analysis, review, hearing, or investigation, which may include, but is not limited to, conducting a document review supplemented by interviews involving the questioning of the contractor, vendor, or grantee and their representatives; and (ii) to make a determination following such review, hearing or investigation. 5. All State Entities are required to maintain information on contractors, vendors, or grantees that have been deemed non-responsible or ineligible to bid on future contracts or grants and are directed to submit a list of such contractors, vendors, or grantees to the Office of General Services (“OGS”) for posting on the OGS website within 5 days. This list should include the name of such contractor, vendor, or grantee, the date, and the basis of the determination, and shall be provided in a manner to be determined by OGS. 6. OGS is directed to post a list of the non-responsibility and debarment determinations on the OGS public website. Such names of debarred contractors, vendors, or grantees shall remain posted on the OGS website for the period designated in the relevant statutory provision allowing for such debarment.
