State Past Response Costs definition

State Past Response Costs means all costs, including but not limited to direct and indirect costs, together with accrued interest, that the State [or Commonwealth] of ______ has paid through [insert date] in response to the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at or in connection with the Site, but not including amounts reimbursed to the State by EPA.]
State Past Response Costs means all costs, including, but not limited to, direct and indirect costs, that the State paid at or in connection with the Site through the Date of Lodging, plus Interest on all such costs that has accrued pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 9607(a) through such date.

More Definitions of State Past Response Costs

State Past Response Costs means all costs that the State has paid at or in connection with the Site pursuant to Section 133(c) of the TSWDA, Tex. Health & Safety Code
State Past Response Costs means all of the response costs that the State incurred at the Site before the Effective Date of this Consent Decree that were paid by EPA through a removal grant and that do not otherwise fall under the definition of Past Response Costs.
