Statement of Work Amendment substantially similar in form to the Statement of Work setting out such changes to the existing Statement of Work for the Project. If no changes are made to the proposed Statement of Work Amendment it will become effective when executed by Nielsen;

Statement of Work Amendment shall evidence any changes to the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW Amendment shall be signed by authorized representatives of Service Provider and Customer, and shall be deemed a part of this Agreement. If Service Provider does not approve the SOW Amendment, he shall not be obligated to perform any additional services hereunder.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Framework Agreement means the Clauses of this Framework Agreement together with the Framework Schedules and annexes to it;
