RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR Contractor acknowledges and understands that any and all information collected in the implementation of NY Connects is the property of the New York State Office for the Aging. This specifically includes but is not limited to Personal Information entered into the Client Data System. The Contractor acknowledges and understands that the Client Data System will include information that identifies individuals receiving services. This information is confidential and privileged. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal and state privacy laws and regulations governing electronically stored data. The Contractor shall comply with PPPL requirements regarding data use, access, disclosure, privacy, and security as set forth in this Agreement. The Contractor shall monitor the performance of its employees, agents, contractors, and subcontractors in complying with the PPPL requirements and those identified in this Agreement, and shall maintain documentation of such efforts subject to audit.
