Station Licenses definition

Station Licenses means all licenses, permits, permissions and other authorizations issued by the FCC for the operation of the Stations operated or controlled by Borrower or any of its License Subsidiaries.

Station Licenses means the licenses, permits and other authorizations, including any temporary waiver or special temporary authorization, issued by the FCC to the Sellers in connection with the conduct of the business and operation of the Stations.

Station Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

Station Licenses. (a) with respect to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, all authorizations, licenses or permits issued by the FCC and granted or assigned to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, or under which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries has the right to operate any Station, together with any extensions or renewals thereof and (b) with respect to any other Person, all authorizations, licenses or permits issued by the FCC and granted or assigned to such Person, or under which such Person has the right to operate any Broadcast Station, together with any extensions or renewals thereof.

Station Licenses means the FCC licenses, permits and other authorizations, together with any renewals, extensions or modifications thereof, issued with respect to the Stations, or otherwise granted to or held by Seller, Tribune or any of their respective Subsidiaries or any Station Sharing Company that are material to the operations of the Stations.

Station Licenses has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a).

Station Licenses means, individually and collectively, the FCC Licenses granted or assigned to the Company Subsidiaries for use in the operation of the Stations.
