Station Software definition

Station Software means the software described on Exhibit C attached hereto.
Station Software means the computer application that makes a station function.
Station Software means software used or useful in the operation of the Business, any of the Stations or any of the Station Assets, including without limitation avails and proposal software, customer management systems research applications, automation software, satellite feed scheduling software and electronic invoicing software licenses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Station Software does not include Sellers’ wide area network used to communicate between Stations and between each Station and Sellers.

  • End-User shall have no right to, and agrees that it shall not, copy or modify the software within the Fieldprint Station (“Fieldprint Station Software”) nor shall End-User create derivative works from the Fieldprint Station Software, attempt to alter, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Fieldprint Station Software.

  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to grant End-User any right or authority, by license, implication, estoppel or otherwise, to modify (or have modified) or manufacture (or have manufactured) the Fieldprint Station Software or any hardware or components or any portion of the Fieldprint Station Software or hardware.

  • End-User shall never exchange, swap, sell, trade, discard or give the Fieldprint Station or the Fieldprint Station Software to any third party unless at the written request of Fieldprint.

  • End-User shall use the Fieldprint Station and the Fieldprint Station Software only for its intended use in furtherance of the Fieldprint Services for submission to the FBI or other authority.

More Definitions of Station Software

Station Software means the Terminal Software and all software installed at each Locker Station as specified in Clause A.5 of Part 2, Section B.

Related to Station Software

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Waterworks System means all waterworks and all appurtenances thereto, including water mains, service connections, pumping stations, wells, water storage facilities and treatment plants, and owned, controlled, maintained and operated by the City or by agreement between the City and others.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
