Stock Retainer definition

Stock Retainer means the annual Board retainer fee that is paid to the Director in the form of Common Stock.
Stock Retainer means the portion of each Outside Director's Retainer that is payable in the form of Stock pursuant to the Plan.
Stock Retainer means that portion of a Participant's Retainer which, pursuant to Article 5 of this Plan, such Participant has elected, or is required, to receive in Shares.

More Definitions of Stock Retainer

Stock Retainer means the annual retainer paid to each Participant under this Plan, in the form of shares of Common Stock, as partial compensation for such Participant’s service as an Outside Director. The aggregate annual dollar amount of such retainer shall be determined each year, immediately following the Company’s Annual Meeting.
