Store Data definition

Store Data means the Customer’s sales transaction data that is transmitted from a Terminal through the Store Network and that resides on the NetSuite POS Module.
Store Data means the Customer’s sales transaction data that is transmitted from a Client Device through the Store Network and that resides on the NetSuite SCIS Module.

Examples of Store Data in a sentence

  • Except as provided in this Section 3, the Store Data shall be treated as Customer Data under the SSA when such data resides in the Service.

  • For clarity and notwithstanding the foregoing, when and to the extent certain Store Data is submitted to and resident on the NetSuite Service (not the POS Infrastructure or the NetSuite POS Module), such data shall be deemed “Customer Data” for all purposes under the SSA.

  • The terms in Section 5.1 (Ownership of Customer Data) of the SSA related to Oracle’s backup of Customer Data do not apply to Store Data.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that in connection with operating and maintaining the NetSuite POS Module, Oracle may make copies of the Store Data and may maintain such Store Data consistent with Oracle’s standard business processes.

  • Customer shall use appropriate measures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of the Terminal (other than the POS Software), Store Network and of all Store Data residing on the Store Network and transmitted to the NetSuite POS Module (including but not limited to: promptly applying patches and updates provided by Oracle and other Terminal software providers; full disk encryption; anti-virus; network, access, and physical controls).

  • Because the NetSuite POS Module is hosted on third-party POS Infrastructure, certain provisions of the SSA with regards to Customer Data or the Service do not apply to the NetSuite POS Module or to the Store Data.

  • The Parties shall agree upon a frequency and secure methodology of transfer of such Customer Data and Online Store Data.

  • Exhibit B.1 Gap / IBM Proprietary and Confidential Information Second Amended and Restated Master Services Agreement Store Data Network Availability for Stores on the Sprint network * Average availability of the Store Data Networks.

  • Oracle’s obligations under Section 6.8 (Security), and Section 7.4 (Handling of Customer Data Upon Termination/Expiration), of the SSA do not apply to the NetSuite POS Module or the Store Data.

  • Company shall be responsible in all respects for the collection of any and all Data from Buyers and Catalog Requestors and for Retail Store Data (as hereinafter defined) (collectively, the “Company Data”).

Related to Store Data

  • Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service, which may include, without limitation, Personal Data (but shall not include the Personal Data of Your Agents in the context of Account Information as described in the Privacy Policy).

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Accenture Data means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
